Imagine a thing to be, and make it so.
Schmidt Associates was chosen as the architecture firm to design a new 3 story, 80,000 square foot, headquarters building. As the graduate architect for this project, I assisted the BIM coordinator and project architect to provide all visuals and drawings from schematic design through construction documents. I was involved in early site studies, conceptual massing, renderings, space programming, and construction documents. Initially, 3 different sites and two primary building aesthetics were considered. Ultimately, the Prairie aesthetic was chosen for the final building design, however, I have included design options for both "Prairie" and "contemporary" options.
Prairie. The building was modeled by Drew Gingrich and rendered out of house.

The owner of this project wanted several options for wood flooring. I had provided multiple renderings for the owner.
I helped deliver more than 30 detailed plan revisions for all departments' satisfaction.
My duties included keeping a clean linked and fully functional BIM model that would ultimately be delivered to the client.
